Known in the nonprofit community as the
Center for Community Cooperation, the meeting facility program continues to grow and prosper. As a program of the
Meadows Foundation, the meeting rooms are available for use free of charge to nonprofit and government organizations operating in the state of Texas. The facility is well utilized as a neutral and central location for the Dallas/Fort Worth nonprofit community. Groups use the facility for board meetings, committee and planning sessions, training programs, luncheons and recognition receptions. The eight meeting rooms will accommodate groups in size from 15 to 150 participants.
Eligible Organizations
Nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status and branches of the government working within the State of Texas.
Conference Services Include
A full range of conference services is available including meeting planning, rental of audiovisual equipment, beverage service, and caterer referral. There is no charge for the use of the meeting space. Fees are charged for rental of audiovisual equipment and purchase of beverages.
